Hi. can't solve atachments problems. When make atachment in Jira Service Managment automaticaly this atachment files must clone to the Jira project linked to this project. It happens when write some comment and add atachment file. But if i havent comment , only atachment file. Then the atachment file not cloned. Now I make 2 automation from 1 (1 for comment, other one for atachment). But now its not working when Atach file when issue created. cant found - how to solve this problem? (Atachment file must be cloned from 1 app to another without any condittions and 1 time)
automations are like this
Hello @Kamil Askerov
If you're seeking for an easier way than automation to synchronize attachments and comments between issues, you can try our app Elements Copy & Sync that allows you to clone and sync a full hierarchy of issues with all their content (summary, description, custom fields, comments, attachments, etc).
You can check our guide here.
You can try the app for free during 30 days (and it stays free under 10 users).
Kind regards,
Clara
Hey @Kamil Askerov
Both rules look good - can you check that on the rule details you have enabled the tick box "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule."

Hi @Kamil Askerov - As both rules run on the same trigger you'll need to check that box for both of them to allow them to be triggered after each other.
Give that a shot :)
