automate task management notifications on jira

I want to automate task management notifications, but I don't know how.

・what one wants to do
You want to automatically send a delay email to the current person in charge of the In Progress and Over Due subtask.

・How to use filters
You can create a filter, save it under a different name, and set the group and notification time in the advanced settings, but all group members will be notified. There is no way to notify only the "current person."

・Confirmed the notification scheme
There are no notification types in the notification scheme that detect and notify of delays. I don't know if the Work Started (System) scheme works.

If there is a way to make the above possible, please let me know.
