bulk issue import

i am using Atlassian JIRA (v6.2.1#6256-sha1:f72b283) . but dont see any issue import option. can you suggest me how i can import bulk issue from excel?

Did you have Admin rights for the Instance?

If yes, then please go to Admin --> system-->Import & Export section select the External system Import so there you will find options like CSV import and all.
