Is you license up to date? Is you CC valid? Go to Apps an manage apps and look for deep clone. See what it shows there.
If you go to the Billing area under administration you can update your credit card info.

Admin > billing > billing details where you should be able to edit the CC details. However, if this is purely a deep clone issue then reach out to them directly as @Marlene Kegel - codefortynine suggested.
