Is it possible to have 2 different comment section in Activity, one for email comments and other for adding comments manually adding instead of both in same section. if not, any workaround you may think of?

True but it doesn’t behave like Comments. I would not call it Comments as it would be confusing.

I tried adding a custom field but its behavior is totally different from the original "Comments" field.
