i want to change my e-mail addrress in jira.

But not change user e-mail address. only to let user name.

i have admin authorization.

Help me please.

Our company's e-mail address will change. I need to edit the email addresses of users. But it is not allowed to update your e-mail address. Only the username field can be edited

Ok, you are on Cloud.

Cloud is currently undergoing some structural changes to user accounts (and other stuff) which need parts of it to be static while things are moved around.

You will need to get hold of https://support.atlassian.com to ask them when you'll be able to change email addresses.
