our company has changed email address for all staffs and we are not able to change it accordingly on Atlassian account.

Hi @Tu Nguyen ,
Thanks for posting in community. I think, it's a managed by company account( i.e. you can check here - https://id.atlassian.com/manage/change-email.)
Check your profile - https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-your-personal-profile/
Could you please ask your org admin follow these steps here firstly verifying a domain and then change emails? Links to these docs shared below-
https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/verify-a-domain-to-manage-accounts/
https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/make-changes-to-a-managed-user-account/
If still doesn't work, please connect Atlassian Support for guidance.
Please accept the answer if it helps or respond and allow others to share input.
Cheers
Suvradip
Thanks Airbus for your advice
we are using the subdomain under atlassian.net (not use our own domain )
So, I guess due to this reason, when I follow the advised guideline, I could not see "Directory" but instead, it asks me to "verify domain"?
Is that something I can do here to change email address of users without configuring own domain?
Best regards
Tu

Ahh, so if you haven't verified your domain that means you cannot manage other users and you cannot change their email addresses.
You can only change your own email address by going to https://admin.atlassian.com and then clicking on your profile picture icon on the top right hand corner and then clicking on "Your Profile"
If you want to have the ability to manage other people's accounts, you will need to verify your domain and then you'll be able to claim the accounts to make them managed - Verify a domain to manage accounts

thanks Airbus.
By the way, even I am an admin (highest permission), when I tried to change my own email, it also shows "Your account is managed. Contact your administrator to change your email address."
Thanks to your further advice.

Hi @Tu Nguyen ,
Just a suggestion, could you please follow one answer thread and response in it. If you create multiple answers for the question it actually does not follow the actual answer thread and a bit difficult to follow?
I think, please see this earlier similar community post and see the response as well as recent response(12th July) from Atlassian team here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-questions/I-want-to-change-my-email-and-i-am-the-admin/qaq-p/1030588.

Hi Tu,
Have you tried Make changes to a managed user account to change user email addresses?

If you are unable to change your email address yourself (and others unable to), then it sounds like all your accounts are managed which means only the organization admin can make changes to your email addresses. Ask your organization admin to make the change as they have the ability to do so.
To find out whether your account is managed or not, login into your Atlassian account and access this page https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email to determine whether it says your account is managed or not.
