Try below

Administration (cog wheel) > System >

Troubleshooting and Support tools > Log Analyzer > "Periodic Scan"

put an mail account into the Recipients text box.

What does this Hercules Schedule Scan Task do? I noticed it spikes the CPU usage and sometimes it crashes Jira. If its not important is it save to disable?
