Hi All! I created some automations to auto-populate the sub-task ticket fields from the parent tickets about 6 months ago. Today I observed that the rule isn't working as expected. I see no logs, no actions performed. When i do create a sub-task, it doesn't fill up the fields automatically. Any ideas what might be wrong?

As the rule execution backlog gets caught perhaps your rule will return to normal operations. If you do not see the rule triggering within a few hours, please post an update so the community can offer suggestions.
In the interim, what is the scope of your rule in the "Rule details" section and are you creating issues in the same project scope as the rule?
