Dear support,
we have two column names (QA) and Done both set solutions to Done.
but when we click on sprint complete, the system considers the task complete under Done, but the task under QA is pending.
our puros to know that how many tasks we have done in sprint 1 without moving them to the next spring. attach the screenshot.
I am waiting for your help.

Hi Sim - Scrum boards do not care what the status is - just that the card is in a status mapped to the last column on the board. There can be multiple statuses in that column, but the card must be there to be considered "Done.
Hi @sim.sisavuthary,
When closing a sprint from a scrum board, only the issues in the rightmost column of your board are considered as done, regardless of anything else.
So if you want issues to be considered closed, they must be in that rightmost column.
It is possible to map multiple statuses from your workflow to that column if that is what you need. That is done in Board Settings > Columns, by dragging statuses to the corresponding columns of your board.

So we don't have another way to makes tasks as close with multiple card in sprint one without moving them to the next sprint?

The only way to mark a card as done in a sprint is to put it in the done column.
Done issues will not go to the next sprint.
