Hi,

I have request that to create an eazyBI  dashboard to see when the perticular custom field were updated. Is it possible to create eazyBI dashboard for this. We may also just want to create a dashboard that pulls the more recent history for issues in Jira.

Regards,

-kk.

Hi,

Such a use case might be possible with eazyBI depending on the type of custom fields you need to track. eazyBI cannot track changes in multiple value fields but can track numeric and single selection field changes.

The solution is a bit simpler if you do not need an exact timestamp of the change, and the day precision would do. However, if you need to know the exact date and time, a Javascript calculated custom field in eazyBI will be needed.

Please, contact support for more details on how to do that and what limitations you may reach.

Kindly,

Janis, eazyBI support

Hello @marina-s ,

Yes, it's possible to rack changes in numeric custom fields (you can learn more about it here - https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira/import-issue-change-history#Importissuechangehistory-Numericalfieldchanges

To provide a more appropriate solution, I would need to know more details about what it is you'd like to display (e.g., last change date, count of changes or something else).

If you don't want to share your use case here, you can always reach out to us at support@eazybi.com

Best wishes,

Elita from support@eazybi.com
