I try to get a link that response to my web like this:

https://jiraaddress/secure/CreateIssueDetails!init.jspa?issuetype=11212&pid=12509&summary=456&customfield_10800=11995

then they  can fill in the information 。but i can't get the issue Key when they have 

finished! 

I only get it through webhook  , but this way the whole process is asynchronous.

please tell me is there a better way.
