Is it possible to create tasks in Jira using a Telegram bot, for example?
Hi @Ivan Andrieiev welcome to the Atlassian community.
That is a nice use case and currently no one have attempted integration between Telegram and Jira software.
I am glad that our management is visiting such ideas). It's just that we have a lot of tasks that simply come to support in Telegram or in other messages, maybe we can use something else?

@Ivan Andrieiev we are currently developing a connector between Telegram and Jira for Cloud. We do have Server app version, and Cloud version is coming soon - around quarter 1 next year, if you are interested in.
