creating a new ticket gives this "Hash 1VGS7G6" the pop shows at the start then disappears

Do you have the same issue regardless of the issue type you try to create, or the project in which you try to create it?

Do other users of your Jira instance experience the same problem?

How long have you been experiencing the problem?

i dont get a chance to choose anything the pop shows and then closes and this hash trade shows

one other user was able to create issues successfully

YEs been using this for a while and i have multiple issues from all types in the project

How long have you been experiencing the problem?

i can see there is an active maintenance at the moment
