dashboard : 'Unable to display gadget.'

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a dashboard : the desired user can see the dashboard with its multiple gadgets, but has an error message for one of them: the service project report ( and only this one). I see it clearly, but she doesn't.

Message is :

"Unable to display gadget. You may not be authorized to view the data, or the gadget is no longer supported."

@Valerie Zoltobroda , this just means that the user does not have access to the project being accessed by the gadget. You need to go to the project to check or have the user check if he/she can access the project.

I am now connected with the user's login. the 2 gadgets touch  the same project. The 2nd is ok but the first has a problem

Check the filter used by the gadget. The filter could be returning something that the users does not have access to or the user does not have access to the said filter.

The gadget does not work on a filter, but on a project (the same project as the other gadgets). I keep looking. Thank you for your involvement ;-)
