Hi @Tony Montana,

here you can find the documentation to this really really old version:

But otherwise, I can't help you with this old version, I don't have it anymore. Jira 3.13 reached end of life in 2011. You should definitely consider upgrading to or using a newer version.

I found answer for my question.

Configure your application server to connect to SQL Server

  • If you are using JIRA Standalone, the server configuration file that you need to edit is conf/server.xml.
  • If you are using JIRA WAR/EAR, edit the appropriate file on your application server, e.g. for Tomcat, edit conf/Catalina/localhost/jira.xml.
