The list of components is present in the project's admin section. You need admin rights for the Project only not the whole jira to access the project's components. It is these components that appear as list when creating issues in the project.

By default a project has zero components. The issues in the project only displays the components which you add to it using the process as mentioned in my previous comment.

But can i see/print all those possible componentes is a specific project? if yes, how can i do that?
