does Jira Core manage differant standard projects types that teams do ?

hello,

I have some "standard projects" types that are always running in the company, example : design new product, import Items from China, etc. each project type have same phasis :start, validations, attached documents, comments, due dates, etc.

I ask if Jira Core is the product for that ?

for example : in "design new product" project, can I setup with Jira Core

5 status (on design, waiting validation, in revue, validated, prototype done, new producte created), 

3 transitions : validated, rejected, 

etc.

is it correct or there is an other product for that.
