doesn't have access to Jira on {NAME}.atlassian.net.

I have had some personal issues and have had an email stating the my account may be deactivated, however i cannot access my Jira and get the above message.

 

Any help?

Can you show us this email? Are there any due dates? Maybe you don't use your free-plan Jira and it was deactivated?

Hi Alexander, The email stated that my account would be deactivated on the 15/11/2021 if i didn't log in. as we aren't at the point yet im not sure what it could be. Ive submitted a ticket with support but it said it could take a while :(

To add: yes i am on a free plan

Please reach out to your site-admin or organization admin to activate your account/grant the required permissions. If you are not aware who is your site admin, it's better to raise a support ticket with Atlassian Support so that they can help you with this.

Kishan, i AM the admin. and i can't get to any admin page.
