i would like to have a custom assignee function that can only assign to people who currently logged in to JIRA.
'logged in' definition is user currently accessing JIRA.
we are a business company that work 24 x 7 with a lot of teams. each team have four shifts hours. the current assignee is not enough for us.
but JIRA sell it for Business Team.
would it bot be best for the ticket to be assigned to the team group instead of an individual. the behaviour of the team will then be to pick up any unassigned tickets on a priority basis (e.g. the next ticket to be picked up is the one with the lowest SLA left).
