Since some time, emails are not send anymore from jira cloud.

Please check is there any issue with configured Outgoing mail.

I've found that location, but I cant configure anything except disabling and enabling the outgoing mails. (see screenshot below)

There is a restriction for configuring outgoing mail in Cloud application.
It comes with Internal SMTP server configured. here is the documentation.

support helped me quickly, it's fixed now. emails were rejected by O365, support did some workaround, but don't know what exactly at the moment.
