emails are not sent anymore

Since some time, emails are not send anymore from jira cloud.

Please check is there any issue with configured Outgoing mail.

here is the troubleshooting article please have a look at it.

Tx for the suggestion.

I've found that location, but I cant configure anything except disabling and enabling the outgoing mails. (see screenshot below)

HI @Wim Anckaert

 

There is a restriction for configuring outgoing mail in Cloud application.

It comes with Internal SMTP server configured. here is the documentation.

Please contact Atlassian Support may be they will help on this.

support helped me quickly, it's fixed now. emails were rejected by O365, support did some workaround, but don't know what exactly at the moment.
