error: Xray integration is not active or configured.

Hi:

I get this message when trying to export a test report using templates:

Error!

An error occurred while exporting your issues. Xray integration is not active or configured.

 

The template is Xray Test Report and the output is a DOCX; using Xporter.

Where does one go to activate the integration or configure Xray so this error does not occur.

Hi Robert,

For most apps in Jira you can type "gg" on your keyboard and then type manage apps to get to the admin section of app management. You can then see if it is enabled there or disabled. It could be an expiration issue.

There should also be a support link for the plug in vendor there and usually for third party plugins reaching out directly to vendors is the best path for support.

Hi Clark:

When I type "gg" I see Find Actions and can select :

Admininstration

User Mgmt

Application Access

Application Links

DVCS Account

Manage Projects

Under User Mgmt then from the Manage Subscriptions I see that I am on the trial so I do have access to the Xporter and Xray for Jira Cloud.

I am not seeing any links to the vendor from this page. Am I at the wrong page by chance.
