Hello,

as mentioned above getting 

error message":["Time sheet must be open for period"],"reson["FORBIDDEN"] Getting this error for API call with status code of - 403.

i am using bearer token while doing this call , all parameters seems good which i have used.

please help me to resove this issue.

Hi @kunal mathkar  Welcome to the community!

Tempo uses a weekly or monthly timesheet cycle behind the scenes with corresponding approval. These cycles are called periods. When a period ends, users are expected to submit their timesheet for approval. Both timesheets and periods can be closed, thus locking the hours logged in them. If your timesheet is not submitted or approved, then it is very likely that you are trying to log hours on a period that is closed.

In that case, a Jira or Tempo administrator will have to unlock that period again. You'll have to reach out to your organisation's Jira admins to do so.

ok issue resolved .checked as mentioned also but not worked.

later i have changed the my bearer token and issue got resolved.
