export issues list into excel with special characters

Hi,

When I export the issues list into a CVS format, I have issues on special characters. They appeare with "@","Ã", etc...How I can I fixe it ?

If I'm understanding your problem correctly, is it that special characters within issues are being altered when exporting the issues to a CSV?

If so, there is this an open Jira Cloud bug JRACLOUD-77924 for this. Feel free to vote for it, and watch the issue if you would like updates on it

You can try the workarounds mentioned in the description and see if that helps your case.
