i would like to take always snapshot of data (issues) in my project , what can i perform ?

An export project (it will came with issue )

or i perform a  filter and export to excel ?

Hi @Karim Belhadj ,

You can export a project by using project configurator for jira Or Configuration manager(by taking snapshot of each step)
