exporting excel file misses certain fields

I am using the export function in jira and it gives a selection to export current fields but why does it exclude certain ones in the filter. namely the quantity and the number fields are not coming over.

What happens when you try to export "all" fields to the CSV file? If the missing fields from your original export appear there, then it's likely an issue with the filter (i.e. the columns you chose did not save to a filter).

This has also happened to me if I open a saved filter in the issue navigator in one window, then later, I complete another search in the issue navigator in another window. If I return to the original window where I opened the saved filter, the incorrect columns get exported to CSV. Refreshing the page seems to help fix the problem
