facing problem during bulk change

That means you don't have the appropriate rights to do that operation.

Please confirm whether you have the rights or not..like say you want to edit the bulk issues then you should need the Edit issue permission for that respective project.

Yes,I have admin access.While I am going to bulk change option on third stage means on operation detail screen option are coming for 2 3 seconds then they are disappearing automatically.
