free plugin for zephyr

Hi Team,

I need to download and apply a free trail version of zephyr for our jira cloud instance. How to download and apply the trial license.

Hi @Faizan Vanekar,

You need to have admin permissions to do so. Then, from the cog wheel in the top corner (next to your avatar), go to Settings > Apps.

On the Find new apps page search for Zephyr. Select the app you want and follow the instructions. 

After installing, at the worst you'll have to click the blue Free trial button to get the key in place.

Thanks a lot for answering to my question Walter. I installed the new zephyr version compatible to my jira instance and is working fine. 

I am not sure the next issue is related and also not sure if i can post it here or should i create a new thread and i apologize if i am not following the protocol.

After the upgrade ( not sure though if that is the actual reason) none of us are able to create a jira task it throws the following error :

Test - Multi User: User 'username' is not valid for this user picker and it doesn't show my username and it shows some weird username and not sure if its a disabled user.

Kindly appreciate if you could help me fix this issue also.
