hi all,
for last 3 sprint my velocity is showing 0 , board is configured properly, it was showing for sprint 33, after 33 its not showing, please help me , what should i do
Hi @Arnold Infant,
This could happen when a new column was added to the board and it became the last column. So please check if the last column of the board is the Done column, having the done statuses mapped on it.
As an alternative to these limited reports, you could try the Team Velocity gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. This gadget works differently than the Jira report, and it might display accurate numbers.
It works with any type of estimates, supports sub-tasks and offers advanced metrics (like scope change, added, removed, etc). On its Data tab, the gadget offers also a detailed report.
Find more about this gadget (and the many others offered by the same app_ in these articles:

Hope this helps.

yes correct , so that might be the reason right? So my question is were small team, 4 developers and one qa , developers finish and move to qa , but qa can’t finish it in one sprint, so spill over , now please say a way to make it happen and by this how to show velocity chart for stack holders

We need to make the story completed in a single sprint, which is our target.

You have no chance to correct the value for historic sprints. You will get right from now on.

Welcome to our Community.
It seems you think the completed story points in the last 3 sprints shouldn't be zero. Could you show us the reason or screenshot of the expected points?
Thanks,

How do you define the "completed" stories? I think the 2nd and 3rd issues with story points are not completed. In the active sprint, the last column should be with Done status, right? If so, only Done issues are considered as "completed".

The total of done issues is zero from the screenshot.
