How can I access the history logs of user invitations sent by other Jira admins and check their current status?

Recently, some users were able to access our board without an invitation. I need to obtain logs to determine whether this access is possible without an invite or if it indicates a security breach.

Hello @Pramodkumar Shrivastav ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Login to the Atlassian Admin >> go to Security >> Audit Log. You will be able to find all invitation logs.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Also, there can be a case where your organization have added trusted some email domains.

Thanks for replying. but in my board settings, I don't see an option of who "Created" or "Updated". Is there any way as I don't see that column or option to add that column.

@Pramodkumar Shrivastav

You mean the activity column is not displayed to you. As far as I know, there is no option to change the columns and the activity column should be the default column.

Try exporting the logs as you will be able to find all details in the csv export.
