how can I change the pririty of a new issue

 Good day, I have 3 priorities, High, medium and low. When a new issue is opened, by default it takes half. This is fine, however I need manually to be able to change this priority. This is because, for example, the client opens the issue but it is necessary to give it a high priority due to its characteristics. How do I do it manually? Thank you.

It deepens if you are having priority schemes or not (JIRA Software 7.6 and above - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/associating-priorities-with-projects-939514001.html). In any way you should be able to change priority manually without any problem. The field just need to be available on the screen.

 My version of Jira if you handle priorities in fact, personalize them, what I do not allow is to change them manually.
