I have a jira form attached to a service desk issue type. In this form is a paragraph field. When the user goes to edit it the entire field is highlighted by a blue box. Once you start typing the box shifts up and so you can't see what you are typing. Any way to change this behavior as it is horrible!

Is this on Server/DC or Cloud? And are you adding the Form using a Marketplace App?

We are using the cloud and the jira form is embedded in an issue type. I will attach a screen shot but it does not show the gray outline of the text as blue which is how you see it when you try to edit the text in the box.

Is this field embedded using the native screen, or through a third-party app?
