how can I found my User Email ID ?

export user return well cvs but my user have an ID with incorrect format

712020:xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx and I cannot use as Atlassian credentials, arround 10% of users in cvs as same problem

That is not an incorrect format for a user ID.  You will need to map these user IDs on to Atlassian accounts by using something else.

Are you asking how to correlate an ID with an email address?

Try using this end point - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-users/#api-rest-api-3-user-get.

You should just be able to enter the email address you use to sign into Atlassian Cloud as long as the user has a valid JSM license.
