how can I remove board?

Dear support,

I created a new board with sprint release, so the previous board in my project I stop using it. However, I can't remove the old board and some of my team are confusing to use the old board. how can remove it?

Hello @sim.sisavuthary

Are you want to hide the board in a project or want to delete the board from the project.

If  you want to hide from the boards dropdown please follow the below,

Board settings --> General -->

Change the Location --> with your name, this will hide the board from the project.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you want to delete the entire board from the project. you must have Board admin rights are Jira administrator rights.

Go to "Your Work" --> Boards --> View all boards --> 

Like this, you can able to delete the board.

I want to delete the board, but the new board I replicated from the old board, so when I delete it doesn't lost tickets under current board I am using?
