@Barclay Myers welcome to the Atlassian community

You can follow these steps to cancel your subscription. https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/

Thank you for trying to help.  But like everything I've tried to do with an Atlassian product, the instruction and reality don't seem to be connected.  In this case there article tells me click on the "manage" button next to the subscription I want to cancel, yet there isn't one!!!!

I get that the Atlassian products are complex but it's been impossible to get anything beyond the basic functionality working.  I used to consider myself relativity tech adept, not so much anymore. a very humbling experience that I just want to end.

the "cancel" function seems to have been "updated" however it feels more like hidden to make to hard to leave the platform. once you get to the subscription page you now have to click on the service or app and then choose the menu then choose to cancel. The "manage" button mentioned in the article is gone.

I get that product updates happen and that they're usually a good thing, but the documentation needs to keep pace. especially in the self help only environment that Atlassians products inhabit.
