how do i make the description field visible to customers in Jira service desk cloud

I need help making the description field visible to customers on the portal

Here are steps to help you,

  • Go to the administration section for your SD project.
  • Click on "Request Types"->"Edit Fields" for the request type you'd like to add description field.
  • In the upper right hand corner there will be a button that says "Add a Field".
  • If you select this, it will provide you with a check list that shows available fields for the issue type.
  • Simply select the "Description" then click "Apply".

I know how to add it, ow do I make it visible to customers on the portal?

@Harold PrestageOn my site description is visible after making it visible from this screen.

I don't think there is any other screen for configuration.

I manage to fix this , you have to change the render from Wiki to default text type rendering
