Hi @adithya ,

I assume that by "moving" you mean "transition", right?

All you have to do is add a "Transition Issue(s) (JMWE app)" post-function to the transition (of the Story workflow or the shared workflow), with this configuration:

- Issue(s) to operate on: Sub-tasks of the current issue

- Transition(s): add the same transition name or ID as the current transition

Hi David,

Yes.. You're right.

i already try it before. But, it doesn't work.

i add the post function on  transition To Do -> In Progress.

when i try to Move the story (which have 1 subtask) From To DO to In Progress.

the Subtask still on To Do. 2021-11-03_12-51-30.jpg2021-11-03_12-53-54.jpg

Hi David,

sorry for reaching you out again about this.

is it possible to do this without JMWE ? using Automation maybe ?

Automation can do this, yes.

(I'd be a bad Adaptavist if I didn't point out that there are other apps that can do it too.  But I assume your "possible without JMWE" means that you are looking for an app-free solution)

Hi Nic,

yes you're right. if you don't mind, can you share how to do it in Automation?
