how do i see the number of items in the checklist?

Schachar Landoy November 10, 2020

until today i was using the old view, where the checklist is shown open, so i can see the list-items.

in the new view, the list is closed, showing only the number of LISTS (which is always 1).

i need to see if the list have items, not if there is a list.

any ideas?

I'm not sure what you are referring to by "lists" can you share a screenshot? Preferably a before and after

i need to see "2" when there are 2 items in the list, or "0" when it's empty.jira.pngnot "1" which means, there is a checklist in the ticket.

because there is always a checklist in the ticket, it may just be empty- but it's there.

Ok so this is associated w/ an addon app but unsure which one. I am using Issue Checklist Pro and it is displaying correctly in the new issue view. I would suggest you reach out to the vendor support directly. You should be able to do this by clicking on Apps in the menu bar and "Manage your apps" then find the checklist addon, expand and click support.
