Require the fields Root Cause Category, Root Cause, Testing Root Cause and Permanent Corrective Action on the transition from Resolved to Closed only if the Priority is S1P1 or S1P2

Hi @Vikash Kumar ,

In the standard functionality of Jira Cloud there is no validator that you can use for this.

You must go for a add-on to get this functionality. For example JMWE, see https://innovalog.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JMWEC/pages/1145634841/Field+Required+Validator.

Or JSU, https://beecom-products.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JSU
