how to backup and restore jira with attachment

Hi,
We are migrating Jira server 7.4 DB from internal database H2 to MSSQL 2017. In this process i'm importing backup from zip file and it's imported successfully. but the attachment not imported and missing.

Please help me to take complete jira backup with attachment and restore process.

Hi @Uttam Kolekar 

The attachments are not stored in the database.  

If you are migrating from one instance to another, the attachments need to be copied over from the older server to the new server.
