how to change the default title of a ticket

if I am raising a feedback request to my organization it is titled as "new idea submission

But I need to change it as it is difficult for me to identify which issue it belongs and in the same way, the mail triggered has the same subject line as "new idea submission", even that has to be changed. Could someone help me with this..

What you meant by titled as new idea submission, you meant the summary field ?

Do you use a addn-on to populate the summary field with this value ? Because with jira you can't have a default value in a system field.
