how to know the first response time and if my field blank

I think this field is more typically used in Jira Service Management projects, or something that is used in a Jira project implemented as a service desk.
Please can you check that this field is in the projects and visible in the screens where you want to record this information? If the field isn't on the screen, it won't be possible to record the date when the customer first had a response.
If the field is already present, we can help you try to understand why it's not populating.

Hi @Akshay Pal , thanks for your message. This is a Jira Service Management field. It looks like, as you have this field available, that you have this product installed in your instance. However, if you want to report on the results of this field in a Jira Software project, so a Scrum or Kanban project, it won't be possible if the field First Response Date isn't associated with the project.
