Hi @sujata Birajdar,

By default, Jira has just a 3-level hierarchy Epic > Standard issue types > Sub-tasks.

To extend that, you would need to refer to marketplace apps. Advanced roadmaps used to be the Atlassian app to go to, but that is no longer available.

Structure is an app that comes to mind for this type of use case and that I know is still available on the server platform.

Advanced Roadmaps, which you get with the premium subsciption, Jira Align and Structure are the others to look at.

actually we need to give demo to the client on how they can leverage 4 level hierarchy of issue types in jira cloud , so we have a free trail version of jira cloud with us . any idea on which add on will help u for now , which can give us 4 level hierarchy of initiative-epic-story-sub-task

Again, Advanced Roadmaps is the one Atlassian would tell you to start with, but Structure can do it as well, in a very different way (and doesn't require premium)

Hi Sujata - For Cloud you can use the built in Roadmap feature for a single project. Or you can upgrade to Premium Jira Cloud subscription for Advanced Roadmaps across multiple projects.

Swanly also looks like a really good product.

And there's a separate tool that integrates with Jira called Aha!
