i can not change the base url from jira

Hello team

I would like to ask , how can i change the url base because when i change it , it doesn't work ?

Also i would like to know what impact of chaging the baze url ?

Hello,

Base url always equals to the url from which you call Jira. If you want to change a url for your Jira, then you should change it in DNS and only after it you should change the base url or some functionality in Jira will not be working correctly (for example, gadgets).

@Alexey Matveev  thank you very much but I would like to know what if I do not change the base url what are exactly these functionality in Jira will not be working cotrectly ? Please I need it .

I can not give the full list. But you can run the Health Check in Jira and the Health check will inform you about all problems. I only had the gadget problem.
