Did you mean:

i don't see ticket in kanban

Stefano Mengotto November 9, 2020

Hi everyone, I have a problem with displaying tickets on my Kanban board.
In the kanban settings I applied a filter that shows me only the subtasks. This filter works correctly because if I check it in the Jira filters section everything seems to work correctly.

My problem is that the Kanban continues to remain empty even if when in the column settings it detects the presence of different subtasks with their status

Hi @Stefano Mengotto

Can you please check you don't have anything set on "Kanban board sub-filter"? It's under the General/Generale tab

Thank you!
