Have you had a look at Insight Jira & Bitbucket Integration? It allows you to import Jira configuration into Insight.
I did't know such app, it is very useful.Thank you very much

Hi there @Mikael Sandberg
I am exploring Insight JIRA & Bitbucket integration addon but not finding a lot of documentation on how to get started.
I am looking at Jira environment import documentation page for setup but not sure if this is supposed to be a manual configuration (setting up every single object manually) or if it is automated. I would think it is automated since the addon is installed. If so, can you point me to the documentation, or where to get started within JIRA/insight?
Thanks

Hi @Sid,
You can find the documentation here, https://confluence.atlassian.com/insightapps/insight-jira-bitbucket-integration-1085180794.html

Hi @Mikael Sandberg , thank you for the reply but seems like it is the same documentation page I was in before. After installing the addon, I do not see anything relating to JIRA environment import. All I see is the general insight configuration in the addon panel. Am I missing something?

Thank you @Arkadiusz Baka , I definitely was not looking at the right place. And they need to provide the steps in the documentation. Without it, no way of knowing how to import until you stumble upon the object schema configuration.
