importing attachments from server to cloud

Hi, 

I have exported issues from server to my cloud instance, but the attachments do not get transferred. Does anyone know how I can import the issues with the attachments from server to cloud?  Any 3rd party add-on recommendations. 

My goal is do a 1 time project ( including issues, custom fields, attachments, workflows) migration to the cloud.  Thank you.

Have a look at this KB

Basically you need to export a csv file from your Jira Server and add credentials for your Server to the attachment field.

Could you do? I can't do it with any user using template "https://<JIRA-Server-Username>:<JIRA-Server-Password>@myjirasite.com/secure/attachment/10000/image.png", to migrate attachments from server to cloud
