integrate team managed project and company managed in jira

hi Folks, 

Can I merge or interconnect the Team managed project and company managed in jira , this is because i have multiple team and team members under them. I just need the team leaders to assign the ask as per the requirement in the given projects. But those projects will be company managed. 

So that Team-leader will be having access to manage team members and company can manage the over- all status of the project.

Whether we can commit the document and code automatically or automate the commit to bitbucket for  the branch created

To merge one project into another, all you need to do is move the issues from the source project into the target project (noting that you will need to think about data loss if the projects do not contain all the same fields)

Working with multiple projects is usually a better thing to do than merging though, and most of us will do that with boards.

If, for example, you have a team that needs to work with three projects, create a Jira Software board that has a filter like "project in (ABC, JKL, XYZ)".  The board represents the team's work, not the projects!

I appreciate and thankful for your reply , I just need to take it in sorted, since there will be parallel projects runs and i have to run multiple sprints in the  same time
