internal server error when I add Agile Wallboard gadget to a jira dashboard

I've tried several times to add the Agile Wallboard gadget to my Jira dashboards. Attempts fail with "Internal Server Error". Known issue?

Indeed, there is a known bug related to the Agile wallboard gadget, however, the error returned do not describe "Internal Server error" and is intermittent, usually not happening again after recreating the gadget. You can check it in the link below:

To confirm if you are facing a new bug or a different error, please provide the information below so we can further troubleshoot it:

1. Is any different error returned in the Javascript console of your browser?
2. Can you try to use a different browser in incognito mode and check if the problem still reproduces?
3. Can you try to recreate the gadget and check if the same error happens?

No errors in the console. Deleting and re-creating did not work. The gadget worked in incognito mode in the same browser. Clearing cache did not help. I reset the startup settings for the browser and rebooted the machine (windows). That resulted in a memory error. Hard reboot, and all is well.
